Last week was Imbolc -the first quiet sighting of spring, symbolised by the snowdrops beginning to bloom. Even while winter still holds us, these small signs remind us that the seasons are always gently shifting.
There is something reassuring about that pace. Nothing sudden or rushed, just a natural unfolding. A reminder that rest and preparation come before movement and that growth begins long before it is visible.
As we slowly move towards spring, you may notice a subtle change in energy. A little more light.and a sense of wanting to restore, realign and begin thinking about what you would like the months ahead to look like, without needing to force anything yet.
With that in mind, you can now book your space for my next female mindfulness retreat, taking place in early spring on 1st March at Tir Na Nog Holistic Centre. We will spend the day restoring our energy using grounding techniques and mindfulness practices, with time to slow down, reconnect, and reset. As always, there will be a gorgeous mindful lunch and gentle walks in the woodland space.
We will also take time to properly set goals and intentions as we come out of the depths of winter and into the more gentle doing energy that spring brings. This is not about pressure or productivity but about support and moving forward in a way that feels steady and aligned.
If you would like to join me and a group of like-minded women for a day just for you, this retreat is an invitation to completely reset and realign for the year ahead. The investment is Β£175, book your space by commenting "retreat below - or use the link π in bio x
