Bali has a way of bringing us home to ourselves.
When I first trained there in 2019, I felt something shift.
The kindness of the people, the spirituality woven into daily life, the deep stillness of the island — it all made me feel more me than anywhere else ever had.
That’s why I bring women to Bali.
Because I know how powerful this place is.
I’ve seen it change people — over and over again.

A new week in our sacred space — a chance to pause, move, and reconnect with yourself. Here’s what’s happening in the studio this week:
✨ Monday — Beginners Yoga | 6p.m.
A gentle, supportive class to build confidence and deepen your foundation. Our current block is underway, but keep your eyes peeled — new blocks will begin in the new year!
🤰 Tuesday — Prenatal Yoga | 7p.m.
A nurturing space for mamas-to-be to move mindfully, connect with baby, and rest deeply. This block is also continuing, with new dates coming in 2026.
🌿 Wednesday — Connect & Flow | 6:30 p.m.
A grounding evening Vinyasa to release the day and find ease in your body. Everyone is welcome — come as you are and flow at your own pace.
🌞 Thursday — Connect & Flow | 9:30 a.m.
A morning practice to awaken the body and calm the mind. A beautiful way to start your day with movement and mindfulness.
🎶 Thursday — Sound Healing | 7:00 p.m.
An evening of deep rest and energetic renewal through the power of sound.
Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gong wash over you, soothing the nervous system and restoring balance.

🕯️ Friday — Candlelit Yin | 6:30 p.m.
Unwind at the end of the week with slow, supported postures and soft candlelight. A deeply calming practice to help you release and reset.

Ease into your Sunday with mindful movement and steady breath. The perfect way to reconnect and set the tone for the week ahead.

A flowing vinyasa-style practice designed to help you connect with your body, your breath, and yourself. Expect gentle strength-building, mindful movement, and moments of stillness to help you feel centred and grounded. Each class invites you to move at your own pace — no experience needed, just bring an open heart.
🕯️ Candlelit Yin – Friday 6.30pm
Slow down and melt into deep rest as we unwind for the weekend. This soothing class combines long-held, floor-based poses with soft candlelight and calming music, helping to release tension from both body and mind. The perfect way to begin your weekend feeling spacious and at peace.

During this session, you’ll be bathed in the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle drum — all designed to help calm the nervous system, ease tension in the body, and quiet the mind. The frequencies of sound work on a cellular level, encouraging deep relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release.
This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply receive.

Our next 8-week Prenatal Yoga block begins next Tuesday at 7pm at Sacred Space Sanctuary!
As a few of our lovely mums are moving on to welcome their babies earthside, we now have space to welcome a few new faces into our nurturing prenatal community. 💛

Welcome to Yoga Hideout! Here we believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or ability. We are committed to promoting not only a healthy body but a healthy mind. We want to create a safe and nurturing community for everyone who walks through our door.
Classes are run by Sara a fully qualified 200 hour yoga teacher with the esteemed Shades of Yoga company based in Bali, with a further 85 hour teaching qualification specialising in prenatal, postnatal and mother and baby yoga taught by leading expert Sally Parkes. Sara is also has an MSc Masters in Midwifery with years of experience and passion in caring for woman and their babies throughout this special time. Sara believes that through the practice of yoga she has found an overwhelming sense of belonging, community and self acceptance and she is passionate about sharing the gifts yoga has given her with others.
At Yoga Hideout we offer a wide variety of different yoga styles, so there are classes to cater to all interests and abilities.
Vinyasa - Vinyasa yoga classes focus on aligning movement with the breath, building heat in the body through a flowing sequence of poses. We offer a range of vinyasa classes from gentle flows to higher impact classes. All vinyasa classes help to increase flexibility and strength and are a great work out for the whole body.
Yin - derived from the Chinese philosophy of yin and yang, Yin yoga classes target the yin tissues in the body including the ligaments, tendons and joints. Slower, deeper classes by candlelight. Class are led at a more relaxed paced with poses being held for longer periods of time, supported by blocks and bolsters. Perfect for relaxation, stillness and the challenge of a deeper stretch.
Prenatal - Dynamic, gentle classes incorporating traditional yoga poses designed to strengthen the body and mind during pregnancy. Take time to nourish yourself and your body with gentle movement and relaxation . Learn comforting positions and breathing techniques that can assist you in preparation for labour and birth. Designed to make you feel comfortable, help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms, improve sleep as well as a great way to meet other expectant mums. Empowering woman throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Classes suitable for woman in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Mum and baby - A great place to move, stretch, relax and enjoy time for you and your baby. Classes focus on movement to assist in postnatal recovery, building strength and flexibility after birth, strengthening the pelvic floor and relieving aches and pains. As well as time for you to relax and bond with your baby. Suitable for woman 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks following c-section. No previous yoga experience necessary.
