✨ Thursday 7pm – Yoga Nidra ✨
A few spaces left.
Thursdays at Sacred Space are always a little softer.
While the rest of the week may invite movement and activation, Thursday evenings are about restoration… about asking yourself what do I need? and giving yourself full permission to receive it.
This week we’ll be practising Yoga Nidra – often known as “yogic sleep.”
But it isn’t really sleep.
It’s a guided meditation practised lying down, where the body rests completely while the mind is gently led into a deeply restorative state. There’s no movement. No flexibility required. No prior experience needed. You don’t have to “be good” at meditation.
You simply lie down. Get comfortable. And listen.
✨ It can:
– Support nervous system regulation
– Reduce stress and anxiety
– Improve sleep quality
– Enhance clarity and emotional balance
– Leave you feeling rested in a way that sleep alone sometimes doesn’t
Yoga Nidra is truly available to everyone.
If you can lie down and breathe, you can practise.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more, move more… this is your invitation to pause.
To soften.
To be held.
To receive.
There are just a few spaces left for Thursday at 7pm.
If your body is whispering that it needs this, I’d love to welcome you.
If you’re craving a softer way to move through the end of the week, I’m holding space over the next two evenings.
Thursday evening – Women’s Circle
A gentle, held space to arrive exactly as you are.
No fixing, no performing, no pressure to share more than feels right.
Just connection, listening, and being witnessed.
Friday evening – Candlelit Yin Yoga
A slow, grounding practice to soften the body and settle the nervous system.
Time to rest, breathe, and let go of the week.
If you’ve been craving somewhere to land, somewhere to be held, or simply a quieter way to move into the weekend — there’s space for you.
As we move into a new week, I wanted to share what’s coming up in our Thursday evening wellness space 🤍
✨ This Thursday we gather for our Women’s Circle — a gentle, supportive space to pause, breathe, connect, and be held in community. No fixing, no pressure… just time for you to arrive exactly as you are.
And if you’re wondering what else Thursdays hold over the next little while…
🌿 Next Thursday: Yoga Nidra — deep rest for the nervous system, guided relaxation, and nervous-system reset
🎶 The following Thursday: Sound Healing — an immersive evening of vibration, stillness, and letting go
Thursdays are all about wellness, rest, and connection — not about flexibility or experience. These evenings aren’t yoga classes in the traditional sense, and they’re truly open to everyone.
If your body, heart, or nervous system has been asking for something softer… this is your invitation 💫
If your week has been full, loud, or a little heavy…
tonight’s Yin practice is an invitation to soften.
This Friday evening we’ll be moving into a heart-opening, heart-chakra-balancing Yin class—a slow, nourishing practice designed to help you unwind, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself after a busy week.
Expect:
🌿 Long, supported poses
🌿 Gentle heart openers
🌿 A grounding opening meditation
🌿 Space to rest, release, and receive
Whether you’ve been practicing regularly or it’s been a while, you’re so welcome here.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. 💚

✨ Women’s Circle — next Thursday ✨
(one week today)
This women’s circle is an invitation to pause, soften, and come together in a space that feels safe, calm, and supportive.
It’s a space created for women to step out of the noise of everyday life and into something slower — where you can take a breath, feel held, and connect without pressure or expectation.
In the circle you can expect:
• A warm, welcoming space
• Time to arrive, ground, and settle
• Gentle reflection or journaling
• The option to share, or simply listen
• Being witnessed without advice, fixing, or interruption
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to share if you don’t want to.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or “together.”
Many women are navigating a lot right now — often quietly and on their own. This circle is an invitation to not carry everything by yourself for an evening.
I would truly love to hold this space and welcome those who feel called to sit in circle together 🤍

Sunday evenings feel like a good moment to pause and take stock ✨
All of our weekly blocks are now underway — prenatal, beginners, mummy & me — and it’s been so lovely seeing the studio full and flowing.
Alongside those, there’s always space to drop in and reconnect through our weekly classes 🤍
🌿 Connect & Flow - Wednesday 7pm, Thursday 9.30am & Sunday 10am — for movement, breath, and grounding
🕯 Candlelit Yin - Friday 6.30pm — slow, soothing, and deeply nourishing
If you like flexibility, class passes are a beautiful option — you can use them across different classes, move at your own rhythm, and have your sessions already taken care of.
✨ Women’s Circle
Held on the last Thursday of every month, each circle offers a different healing experience — a space to slow down, connect, and be held beyond movement and yoga.
I’ll be sharing more on this month’s offering very soon 🤍

The Scotland retreat is already beginning to take shape 🤍
Since sharing this weekend retreat, I’ve been so touched by the response — and with seven spaces already filled, it’s feeling really special to see this group coming together.
This November 6th–9th, I’ll be holding a small, intimate retreat at the beautiful in Dunoon — a space surrounded by nature, with a sauna, hot tub, and room to truly slow down.
This retreat is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a few days of deep nourishment and reconnection.
The days will be spacious and gently held, with:
• Slow flow & yin yoga
• Meditation & breath
• Journaling & sharing circles
• Cacao ceremony
• Sound healing
• Nourishing, lovingly prepared food by the phenomenal
• Time to rest, reflect, and simply be
Everything is fully inclusive — accommodation, meals, and all practices — and the group will remain small and intimate to allow for real connection and spaciousness.
If you’ve been feeling the call to retreat — to pause, reset, and be held — and this speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you 🤍
A few spaces are still available.
