🌟 Sometimes there is just too much information, the world feels heavy. Here are some tips to unplug
🌟 Embrace the power of pyjamas. They are like a big hug
🌟 Dance like nobody’s watching (they are not) so put on your favourite song and move! Music and dancing release good good hormones for us!
🌟 Schedule ‘anger time’. Set a timer for 5 minutes and let all your frustrations out. Scream into a pillow, yell at the sky! Afterwards take a deep breathe and enjoy the peace
🌟 Call someone for a check in, talk and laugh and put the world to rights
