This is your reminder to take more photos of YOU. I am reminded that whilst I’m on holiday I take snaps here and there of the kids. But what about the snaps of me. I was there too. What about snaps of mum and dad, granny’s and grandpas. They were there making memories too. These memories is what we’ll hold most dear in time.

Often my camera roll is where I go to look at suggested photos or memories which pop up on my iPhone. It’s a joyous trip to another time. And brings me great joy. I often share with friends too.

Lean into joy, cherish memories and share them. Chat about old times with family and friends and make an intention to keep creating new ones.

as you look outside your window from your warm and cosy home... does it feel like you are loving in a snow globe or a frosty winter scene?
the magic of Jack Frost inspires me and allows me to wonder about infinite possibility. There are so many questions of how and why that I can’t answer for my children about the sparkly crystals that cover the land that they inhabit. So we just gaze on with joy.
we scrape our names and love hearts in the glass and we wrap ourselves up warm with scarves and hats and watch our fog breath through the air. ❄️

Something to feel joyous about even when our toes are cold.

Tranceform

Built from very little but a desire that everyone should have an opportunity to practice Mindfulness as it is transformational. Three teachers brought together, yoga, mindfulness and reiki and started Tranceform. Our good friends and teachers have since retired or are supporting spreading the word in Glasgow but Louise continues on with the business based in Stirling.
