Join us live online on Wednesday 7 January at 6:30pm for a 35-minute session packed with practical advice and adaptable exercises to strengthen your back and spine.
If you can’t make it, or you want to repeat the session, you can watch on demand once you’ve registered, after the live event finishes.

Please note, as part of our ongoing development project at Kings Park Hospital, our hospital car park will be getting refurbished from Monday 5th January.

These works are expected to last until 31st March 2026.

Mr Turab Syed is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at Kings Park Hospital.

Mr Turab Syed specialises in Hip, Foot, and Ankle Reconstruction. He holds a dual fellowship in Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Foot & Ankle Surgery, providing him with a unique "whole limb" perspective on mechanical alignment.

Mr Syed brings elite sporting expertise to his practice, holding a Masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine from the University of Bath. He has served as Team Doctor for the England C National Team, England XI FA Teams, and the MK Dons Academy. This background drives his philosophy of "Motion Preservation."

Mr Syed’s clinical interests include:

• Total hip replacement
• Total knee replacement
• Achilles tendon repair

With our mobile MRI scanner we have appointments available on Mondays and Tuesdays for patients who require MRI appointments, allowing our patients to have quicker scan times.
