Our Befriending and Volunteer Facilitator, Emma, has a lovely message for you this holiday season:

"Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a peaceful holiday period. Whether you’re off work, working, or spending time with friends or family, I hope you’re finding moments to focus on yourself and check in with your mental health.

It’s so important to look after ourselves, especially at this time of year when it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Take some time for yourself today, you deserve it!"

Let’s all remember to be kind to ourselves this season. 🌟

Young people with additional support needs hope for the same things as other young people. Transitions from one service to another should be seamless.

We would like to hear your views on your experience, whether you are a young person who has already moved to Adult services or will soon be leaving school.

We are also looking for the views of parents and carers of young people who have left school or who will be leaving school in the future.

Please give us your views through this short survey.
