❌ MYTH: You should always take painkillers with food

✅ TRUTH: Only some painkillers need food!

Paracetamol can be taken on an empty stomach, but ibuprofen and aspirin should be taken with food to protect your stomach.

✅ TRUTH: Antibiotics only kill bacteria, not viruses

Most colds and flu are caused by viruses, so antibiotics won't help.
