We’re lucky enough to have been around the block a few times…
And we’ve seen those who are brave enough to regularly make it through the gym doors.
But, who get a bit lost once they’re inside.
The cross trainer, followed by the rowing machine, followed by the exercise bike…
An hour-long circuit repeated with each visit.

If you are lacking in motivation, repeat the same exercises every week, and typically stick to the cardio machines, and let’s be honest, don’t really know what you’re doing…
You have either set the wrong type of goal (ie fat loss over general fitness), you are being motivated by the wrong thing (ie looking good over feeling good), you are doing it for the wrong reasons (ie to impress others rather than to improve yourself), and, your fear of looking foolish, looking silly or feeling unfit is holding you back from doing a workout that will be better for your body and mind.
