✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

Today marks the beginning of a new month and the start of a new journey for our studio.

As the new co-owners, we’re filled with excitement, and a deep sense of gratitude for everything this space has been up to now. So many beautiful moments, breaths, and connections have been shared here, and we want to honour all the energy and love that’s built this community.

As we step forward, our intention is to nurture what already exists, to listen, to grow together, and to keep this studio a space where everyone feels welcome and inspired.

Here’s to new beginnings, familiar faces, and continuing this journey together — one breath, one class, one moment at a time.

Today is my son’s 17 birthday and I get to spend some lovely one on one time with him before my new book launches on Thursday.

19th August at 1pm

Join Dr Murray Cook in an update on new research into Stirling’s Burgh Wall, which as well as being the best preserved in Scotland is also far more important than previously thought and Scotland’s only renaissance wall.

This is a FREE, non-ticketed event at The Smith. Doors will open fifteen minutes before the event starts and seats are on a first come, first serve basis.

As the museum is closed on a Tuesday, Gallery Three, the Shop, and the Cafe will be CLOSED. Tea and coffee will be provided and the museum toilets will remain accessible for attendees of the talk.
