WHY HEAT FITNESS?
Heat Fitness is a purpose built hot yoga and Suspension Training studio in Stirling, Scotland. We teach several styles of Hot Yoga and we use TRX straps. We have also created a unique fitness class in the heat, called Hot Core - it combines Pilates inspired moves, some yoga, High Intensity Interval Training, pumping music and it’s low impact. We offer private sessions for both yoga and TRX, for individuals or groups, and run weekend and overseas yoga and fitness retreats. Our classes are perfect for beginners to intermediate and we also offer non-heated Yin yoga and weekend workshops in everything from ‘arm balancing’ to ‘Suspension Training for beginners’. Our classes are 7 days a week, and we highly recommend a ‘diet’ of ‘hot core, hot yoga and TRX’ - the results will be fantastic!
