Meet the new co-owners!
Andriani is the founder of Andriani's Ahimsa Yoga and a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer with a passion for sharing yoga as a path of compassion, balance, and mindful living. Rooted in the principle of Ahimsa— kindness, and respect toward all beings—her teaching encourages students to move with awareness and connect deeply with themselves.
Being a lifelong learner, she has extensively trained in Yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and with a background in Seasonal, Yin, Aerial and Restorative Yoga, Andriani weaves together movement, breath, and philosophy creating a supportive, nurturing space where students are invited to explore their practice as a pathway to self-understanding and inner peace. As a teacher trainer, she's guided many students on their journey to becoming authentic, confident teachers, always emphasizing Yoga as a lifelong practice of self-discovery.
The Yoga Tree Stirling has long been Andriani's teaching home—a space she deeply loves for its warmth, community, and nourishing energy. Now stepping into a new chapter as one of its two co-owners, she's excited to continue building a community grounded in connection, learning, and love. Through every class and training, she hopes to inspire others to live with presence, compassion, and courage—on and off the mat.
Nicola has studied and practiced yoga for over 30 years and established her yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Stirling and Bridge of Allan after qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2009. She is known for her friendly and inclusive approach to yoga, encouraging students to participate regularly and to enjoy their time practicing with her.
Steeped in the traditions of the yoga lineage and a keen student herself, Nicola is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Seasonal Yoga Master and leads Stirling's Seasonal Yoga Teacher training school, stablished in 2017.
Having balanced yoga teaching and practice with a corporate career and family life for many years, Nicola deeply values yoga as a part of everyday life and is keen to share it. She left behind the corporate world and committed fulltime to her students and yoga teaching in 2023 and is delighted to bring that energy to The Yoga Tree Stirling as one of its new co-owners. Her intention is to maintain the unique essence of the studio as a place where people can move and breathe, finding time to still the mind, while introducing selected additional offerings to support the growing Yoga Tree Stirling community.
