After 14 years of running classes in Stirling I finally have a website!! I know, I’m shook to my boots too🤣 You’ll find all my pregnancy and postnatal offerings on there now, and over the next few weeks I’ll be adding some more content for mums and mums to be😊 If Nic finds a spare 5mins to put her magic triangle down, you might even find some info about her baby classes on there too in the near future 🤩 Sarah x

💜Our final Active Birthing Antenatal course of 2025 starts next Sunday 9th Nov at 7pm. This course is ideal for anyone who’s baby is arriving late Dec, Jan or Feb.

We’ll cover all your antenatal education alongside some gentle movement and calming relaxation💜

The buzz in classes this week has been amazing in the lead up to our mums day dancing party this Saturday at Fubar💃🏻 It’s been a year since our last event and we are so ready to party with everyone again😍 For us it’s a chance to celebrate our amazing community of mums who have supported us for 13 years. If you’re free this Saturday 4-8pm please join us, there will be a smile, a hug. a glow stick and a shot at the bar waiting for you🥰

So sad to hear of the passing of Michel Odent. We all have so much to be thankful for in the work he did and the passion he had supporting calm, undisturbed physiological birth✨ Any mum who has enjoyed being in a pool during labour, has felt the benefit of a dimly lit non medicalised hospital room, or has cherished that undisturbed hour of skin to skin with their baby after birth has experienced the work and influence of Michel Odent✨

I am so grateful to have met him, listened to him speak, learned from him and to be able to continue reading his many books I have in my collection. I will continue to honour him by sharing a little bit of his knowledge and research in every birthing class I teach.

Good luck to all our not so little babies who are starting school tomorrow or returning to school after the summer holidays ☀️ It’s also the first year that our first set of Daisy Babies will be going into High School….another massive milestone!!!
