Renovations are very nearly complete and the space is looking absolutely beautiful🤩.

This is a fully registered and regulated private health clinic and pharmacy. We look forward to offering a number of services including peri and menopause care, testosterone therapy for women and men, treatment for acne and eczema and weight loss treatments, as well as offering treatment for common clinical conditions such as respiratory and other infections. This list is already set to be expanding too so watch this space!

🥕'British Carrot Day is THE day to celebrate the British carrot and our growers.' British Carrot Growers Association are encouraging the UK population to ‘go out and buy, cook, eat and get creative with carrots.’ It appears wee Archie has skipped a few steps and headed straight to the creative phase!

Carrots are one of the nation’s favourite vegetables and it’s easy to see why. Not only are they affordable, tasty, nutritious, super versatile, we’re supporting UK farmers too when we buy British.

‘Carrots are packed with a nutrient called beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.’ States British Carrot Growers Association ’Of all fruit and vegetables, carrots are actually the best source of beta-carotene. No surprise then that an 80g serving of cooked carrots contains more than twice the recommended daily amount (RDA) of vitamin A equivalent needed by adults. This is good news as many children and adults have poor intakes of this nutrient.’
