Move Physio and Pilates Physiotherapist based in Stirling, Scotland who specialises in sports injuries, MSK conditions and pain, as well as Womens Health and Pilates.

Our aim is to get people back to life, sport, activity and movement painfree and with confidence.. working in physiotherapy for over 7 years now specialising in injury rehabilitation and APPI Pilates. I help people with pain get back to do the activities they love by working together to create a step by step plan back to their Dream Goals. I help people improve their movements and achieve better performance in the gym and/or sport. along with physiotherapy I offer sports massage, kinetic chain release treatment and physio-led pilates classes or one-on-one appointments.

What a ride!

This week last year I had my first 2 patients in through the door! This week I have 19 patients in and 5 fully booked Pilates classes!!

This year has gone from 1 Pilates class in January to 5 classes since October!

From 0 appointments and 0 people knowing who I am in Stirling 1st December 2024 to 568 appointments 1st December 2025!

The hustle has been intense and pushed me outside my comfort zone:
🔸Messaging other small businesses for collabs and introduction’s
🔸leaflet drops
🔸Open day events
🔸Brunch meet up events

Some reach outs failed miserably and some went ignored - my personality type made me wanna just give up on that route but I pushed through and kept going resulting in some fantastic collabs with:project - becca and Cheryl couldn’t have been more supportive
- invited me to one of their brunch events to meet and try to giv advice to all the lovely new mums who attended
- where I now teach a Pilates class for once a week

Plans for 2026 is to really dig down deeper and get a bigger following in Stirling making the clinic more secure, more collabs/events with local businesses and abit more connection within general Stirling community!

Thank you to everyone who has walked through my clinic door this year and spread the word about love physio and Pilates!
