This is Fraser’s story.

Every supporter who has come forward and shared their story means so much to us, and this one is especially meaningful to us - not only is Fraser a part of our team with his talented photo and video skills, he is also a trustee of the charity.

Words can’t describe how proud of Fraser we all are. We are beyond grateful for everything he does for us, and his story is a reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you Fraser for sharing your story 💛

Without donations from people like you, we are unable to continue to help people like Fraser. Please, if you can, visit www.backonside.com today to donate to Back Onside.

Thank you.

Last month, Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual charity Golf Day, and we were delighted to be one of the nominated charities they chose to raise funds for.

The event was a huge success, with £1,500 being raised for Back Onside, that will help us to continue our life-saving services.

A huge thank you to everyone to attended, sponsored, donated or supported the event in any way - we are so grateful for the support 💛

Last week, we hosted our second Big Shindig 💛

From start to finish, it was an amazing event, and we are incredibly grateful to every single person who made it possible. Supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and our team all made it a night to remember - celebrating whilst highlighting the importance of Back Onside’s services, and raising vital funds for those who need us most.

Events like the Big Shindig allow us to continue what we do - providing professional support, crisis intervention and so much more, and every donation made helps us ensure that no one faces mental health struggles alone.

Same time next year? 👀

This month, we’ve been lucky enough to have some amazing supporters taking part in fundraisers for Back Onside.

Huge thank you to:
👉🏽 Nicola, who ran the great Scottish Run 10k and finished with an impressive time of 58:09. An amazing achievement, especially for her first 10km race!
👉🏽 Liam, who ran an Ultramarathon from Glasgow to Edinburgh, raising over £1,200 in the process.

If you’ve donated, shared, fundraised or supported Back Onside in any way, thank you. Your support is truly life changing and means the absolute world to us 💛

Today, we’re sharing Andrew’s story.

When Andrew was experiencing the toughest times of his life, Back Onside was his lifeline. Back Onside supported him when he felt there was no way out, and we are so beyond proud of how far he has come.

It was Andrew’s story that inspired us to create our advert in line with the “More Than Just a Brew” campaign. For Andrew, that first coffee on a very bad night changed everything for him.

Please, donate to Back Onside today by visiting www.backonside.com, to help us help more people like Andrew.

Thank you Andrew for sharing your story 💛
