Here at Coneyhill we have central Scotlands only fully equipped Pilates studio plus our specialist experienced Physiotherapy practice. We are trained to the highest standard and are also a teacher training centre. Our staff teach in beautiful Bridge of Allan and also around the world as in demand movement teachers.

We are obsessed with teaching quality movement for health to people of all abilities. Our enthusiasm and knowledge is the mix we hope you will enjoy and reach your aims. The small classes and opportunities for personal or small group training allow us to focus on you.

Our Pilates teachers are fully certified and are constantly taking part in professional development. Our teachers are fully equipment qualified or working towards this. Our training academy has some student teachers who help deliver lessons. Our Yoga teachers are also holders of quality training certification.

We are movement lovers and innovators. We teach both our wonderful clients and we ” teach the teachers” with our education programme. We are lucky to travel the world and teach at events and workshops by invitation. We love to learn and explore new ways to help you achieve your movement potential.
