Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia and short-term respite care.

Ladybrook Manor provides luxury life-enabling care for older adults, including residential and dementia care on a permanent or short-term basis. The home offers a wide range of bedroom options, as well as large, communal spaces for residents to enjoy including comfy lounges, a welcoming café and a hair and beauty salon. Outside there are beautiful, wheelchair-friendly landscaped gardens designed for relaxing or a gentle stroll. The dedicated team ensures that all residents’ individual needs and requirements are met; whether that is organising a favourite meal to be created by the chef or arranging exciting events, trips and on-site activities. There's always something to do, from pursuing favourite hobbies or learning new skills.

💍 A Special Day for One of the Residents 💍

We were absolutely delighted to help one of our lovely residents attend a very special family celebration recently — her son Luke’s wedding to Evi in Wotley, Yorkshire.

It was a wonderful day filled with love, laughter, and happy memories, and we were so pleased to be able to support her in being part of such an important occasion. Seeing her joy as she celebrated with family was truly heartwarming for all of us at Ladybrook Manor. 💖

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — ensuring our residents can continue to share in life’s most meaningful milestones.

🎃 **Spooktacular Fun at Ladybrook Manor!** 👻

Our residents, staff, and visitors had a *fang-tastic* time at our **Scary Social** this Halloween! Everyone got into the spirit with spooky decorations, ghoulish cakes, and plenty of laughter and good company. 💀🧁🕷️

It was wonderful to see everyone joining in and making memories together — a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. ❤️

🍻 Nothing Beats a Good Afternoon at the Pub! 🍻

Our residents had a brilliant time on their outing to The Joshua Bradley — there’s just something special about spending an afternoon together in a cosy pub, chatting, laughing, and enjoying good company.

It was lovely to see so many smiles and hear the laughter — simple pleasures really are the best! ❤️

🐍🦎 A Wild Day at Ladybrook Manor! 🐌🐍

Yesterday, we had an incredible visit from ZooLab, who brought along some of their amazing exotic animals for our residents to meet!

There were smiles (and a few surprised faces!) as everyone got up close and even handled some of the creatures — including snakes, giant snails, and other fascinating animals. It was a truly interactive and educational experience that brought so much joy and laughter to the home.

Moments like these are what make life at Ladybrook Manor so special — full of fun, curiosity, and new experiences. 🥰

Residents enjoyed a wonderful Autumn Floral Demonstration and Workshop hosted by the talented Gail. Using beautiful artificial flowers and autumn foliage, everyone chatted about the season’s colours and created their own stunning arrangements. The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and smiles all around — a perfect way to brighten up a gloomy day. 🍂🍁🌻

🛠️✨ Need a Little TLC? Ladybrook Manor’s Repair Shop Had You Covered! ✨🧵

Yesterday, we hosted a fantastic Repair Shop right here at Ladybrook Manor — where residents and visitors brought in anything that needed a bit of love and attention!

🔧 Marc, our amazing Maintenance Manager, worked his magic fixing small issues around the home.
🧵 Diane, our Head Housekeeper, brought her sewing machine along to mend clothes and do alterations on the spot.
🚶‍♀️ Plus, we were thrilled to be joined by Physio Fit, who checked everyone’s walking aids, fixing and replacing as needed to keep everyone moving safely.

It was a wonderful day of care, support, and community spirit — because sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. 💙
