That’s why we make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Before the journey begins, we take time to connect with you properly.
You’ll complete a medical screening and questionnaire so we can understand your needs and ensure this journey is right for you.

You will receive clear guidance on how to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for the ceremonies, along with practical support including travel advice, insurance guidance and a full kit list.

From the moment you land in Peru, you will be welcomed and looked after.
We work alongside experienced facilitators and trusted retreat partners who have been safely holding space for many years, with deep respect for the traditions we are stepping into.

Integration support is also included, because the real value of this experience comes from how the insights are applied in everyday life.

We intentionally keep the group small so each person receives the care, attention and support they deserve.

What is Ayahuasca? 🌱

Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes of the Amazon for healing, insight and connection to spirit.

It isn’t taken recreationally. People sit with ayahuasca because something inside them is ready for truth… ready to see clearly… ready to grow.

Many experience emotional release, deep clarity, connection to nature, compassion for themselves and a remembering of who they truly are beneath the noise of everyday life.

It can show you patterns, beliefs and stored emotions that may be holding you back, offering the opportunity to heal and move forward with more purpose and alignment.

It’s not always easy… but meaningful growth rarely is.

Used with the right guidance, intention and respect, ayahuasca can be a powerful tool for self enquiry and spiritual connection.

This September, we travel to Peru to sit in ceremony with indigenous facilitators who have carried these traditions for generations.

Something different, but going with the flow of my mind & for fun recently I became curious about my lineage and what life may have looked like for the people who came before me.

When you look at Amazonian indigenous cultures, it’s incredible how many traditions and ways of living connected to nature have been preserved and passed down through generations.

It made me wonder… what about ours?

Much of the indigenous culture of Britain and Ireland wasn’t completely lost, but over thousands of years it was gradually shaped by invasion, religion and modernisation. Many traditions were adapted or no longer passed down in the same way.

Looking into my family history, with Irish roots on my mum’s side and Northern English roots on my dad’s side, it appears my lineage may connect back to Gaelic Irish and Celtic Briton people.

These were indigenous cultures who lived closely connected to the land and seasons, marking the year through gatherings such as Samhain, Beltane, Imbolc and Lughnasadh.

There is strong evidence Celtic societies worked with herbal medicine using plants such as nettle, elder, hawthorn and yarrow for healing and wellbeing.

Exploring ancestry isn’t about trying to recreate the past, but it is interesting to understand the journey of the people who came before us.

Perhaps the pull many feel towards nature and meaning isn’t something new.

Maybe it is something very old, remembered in a new way.
I used AI to ask me questions about my family to trace me back as far as it could. Nothings 100% but feel into it - you can’t fake a feeling, remembrance is real.

Olaaa!

I’ve been quiet on here lately & have been focusing on me.
Focusing on my development, on all levels. The summer this was lit 🔥 week in week out I was flying! As we came in to Autumn / Winter I just felt DOWN with the transition.

I had open loops everywhere and was doing just a little too much. Us humans have been conditioned to hustle year round but that’s not what we done years ago. We went with the seasons, so I took the low energy as a sign to slow down and listen to my body.

Kept in the gym, kept hydrated & eating some fresh food. Now obsessed with making protein smoothies, but getting all those vitamins in has helped me shift my energy I believe.

Shifting seasons is biiig news for us as humans so listen to your body and give it what it needs.

✨ Honouring the Spirit of the Amazon ✨

I’m feeling incredibly grateful to share that I’ve recently received some sacred tools direct from Peru — sourced with intention and deep respect from authentic Shipibo artisans. These aren’t just beautiful objects… they are living symbols of connection to the jungle, the plants, the prayers, and the people who have held this wisdom for generations.

🌿 Here’s what arrived:
• A large Shipibo altar cloth – handwoven with sacred geometry that carries the songs and stories of the forest
• Two Chacapas (leaf rattles) – used in ceremonies to clear, call in, and realign energy with rhythm and spirit
• A Sacred Ayahuasca Vine smudging fan – crafted for purification, blessing, and opening sacred space
• Two Rattles – tools of vibration and transformation, used to shift energy and connect to deeper realms

Each piece will be part of our upcoming Amazonian Breath & Sound ceremony — infusing the space with authenticity, ancestral energy, and the spirit of the Amazon. These tools will support us in a powerful night of remembering, healing, and growth.

This isn’t just a breathwork journey. It’s a sacred experience – a portal into deeper presence, collective ceremony, and reconnection with what matters most.
