🎗️ Lung Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️
This November, we’re joining Macmillan Cancer Support in raising awareness of lung cancer — the UK’s biggest cancer killer, but one where early detection saves lives.

If you’ve had a persistent cough for 3 weeks or more, or notice changes in your breathing, unexplained tiredness, or chest pain, please don’t ignore it — book an appointment with your GP. It might not be cancer, but it’s always best to get checked.

It's Mouth Cancer Awareness Month! 💙
Take control with a simple 2-minute self-check once a month. All you need is a mirror and a good light!

What to look for:
a mouth ulcer in your mouth that lasts more than 3 weeks
a red or white patch inside your mouth
a lump inside your mouth or on your lip
pain inside your mouth
difficulty swallowing
difficulty speaking or a hoarse (croaky) voice
a lump in your neck or throat
losing weight without trying
If you spot anything unusual, especially if it persists for more than three weeks, contact your dentist or doctor.
