The WorkWell Service offers personalised support for people who are:
• Off sick
• Struggling in work due to a health condition
• Looking to return to employment
We can support you with workplace adjustments, confidence building, training opportunities and connecting you to local services.

Our Social Prescribing Service (Viaduct Care) offers non-medical support for patients aged 18+ registered with a Stockport GP.
We can help with:

❤️ Managing long-term conditions
🏃 Lifestyle changes such as increasing activity or weight management
We take a holistic approach — focusing on what matters to you and connecting you with local services and community support.

Flu is spreading, you can help stop the spread by:
• Washing your hands regularly
• Catching coughs and sneezes in a tissue
• Minimising contact with others
• Getting vaccinated if you are eligible
