Full job description

At Bluebird Care Stockport, we are looking for new Care Assistants to join our team.

To be considered for a Care Assistant role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Ability to drive and possess a reliable vehicle.
- Reside in Stockport or the surrounding area.

We pride ourselves on being a leader in Home Care throughout Stockport. By working within local communities, we provide high-quality care and support to the elderly and vulnerable in the comfort of their own homes, offering an alternative to residential care facilities.

No prior experience as a Care Assistant is necessary, as we provide full training and ongoing support throughout your employment.

-Competitive pay rates starting at £12.25 per hour, increasing after 12 months.
-Double time pay on Bank Holidays.
-A £150 bonus awarded after completing your probation period.
Flexible working hours.
-Annual pay rises following your first 12 months of service.

-A comprehensive 12-week training program leading to the certified completion of the ‘Care Certificate’.
