Healthier Eating Choices 🥦

We’re supporting the NHS Better Health campaign to help patients make healthier eating choices.

Small changes like eating more fruit and veg, choosing wholegrains, and cutting back on sugary foods can make a big difference.

💊 Did you know? You don’t always need to see a GP first!

A pharmacist can provide treatment or even prescription medicine if needed for seven common conditions without an appointment.

You can simply walk in and ask to be seen, pharmacists give excellent advice for many minor ailments.

Have you ever wondered why receptionists ask questions when you want to book an appointment❓
Our reception staff are a very important member of the team, and it has been agreed that they should ask 'why the need to be seen'.👍
We have trained our reception staff to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive:
- The most appropriate care
- From the most appropriate health professional
-At the most appropriate time
