Celebrating achievement at Harbour Healthcare 🏆

This week at Cromwell Court Care Home Geoff, Harbour Healthcare’s Operations Director, presented Lauren, Sindy, and Ellie with their 6 Steps certificates and a gift voucher in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

The “Six Steps to Success” End of Life Care Programme is a structured training and improvement programme designed to help care homes and social care providers deliver high-quality, person-centred end of life care.

Harbour Healthcare is a family run concern, although one with very considerable experience and expertise in the care industry.

Our philosophy is actually quite simple: We strive to provide an excellent standard of care to our residents, treating them with complete dignity and respect.

All our homes are decorated and presented to a high standard and have excellent facilities to serve the needs of residents. Our homes and gardens are clean, very well presented and homely. We attract people into our staff teams who have ‘serving hearts’ – people who really care about the people who live with us. Our people have won the gratitude and respect not only of our residents, but also of family members and health professionals.
