Baby News! 💞👶🏼

We introduced you to Jamie a couple of weeks back and he introduced us to his new baby girl this week 🥰
Jamie and his partner welcomed a beautiful little girl last week and we are so happy that both baby and parents are doing great.
Sending huge congratulations to the happy family and wishing them all the best as they begin this wonderful new adventure together! 🎈👶

We gifted the new arrival with a nappy car 🚗 quite apt don’t you think?

We came together to support Macmillan Cancer Support with a fun-filled cake sale, bottle tombola, and some games — and raised an amazing £223.00! 🎉
A big thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and joined in — including neighbouring businesses, customers, and colleagues’ families. Everything looked (and tasted!) delicious! 🧁👏

Everyone’s talking about Jamie

Jamie’s been part of the team since he was just a lad, starting out during the summer holidays and pretty much growing up with the business. These days, he’s our Design and Installation Manager – and to be honest, what Jamie doesn’t know probably isn’t worth knowing!
He looks after everything from the design side through to installation, making sure each job runs smoothly.
He also works closely with our agents, managing our training programs, answering all manner of questions, and generally being the go-to guy for anyone looking for a solution.
You’ll also often see Jamie at trade shows too – he’s great at representing the brand and always up for a chat. A proper all-rounder, and honestly, we’ve no idea what we’d do without him.

Meet the Team Tuesday — Because Great Service Starts with Great People 🚗💚💛

Tash joined us just under a year ago after relocating from South Africa, and she has slotted into the team like she’d been here for years.
She works across both our agents and installation teams, supporting wherever she’s needed and helping to keep things running smoothly.

She’s also a big part of our social committee – always getting stuck in and helping to bring the fun – and she also helps with our marketing too.
Aren’t we lucky she made that move!

Outside of work, Tash is seriously into her running. 🏃🏻‍♀️ In fact, it’s not unusual for her to smash out a 10k before most of us have had our morning coffee! ☕

Meet Debbie -
If you’ve ever placed an order with us, chances are Debbie was one of the first friendly voices you heard!
She’ll talk you through everything to make sure your order is spot-on – helping you feel confident and cared for from the very start.
Debbie also manages our external purchasing and is regularly out and about, collecting or delivering new vehicles (we think this is her favourite part!)
She brings the snacks, makes the first brew of the day, and keeps the team fuelled and ready to go. ☕️💪
We all need a Debbie on our team! ❤️

Oh – and she supports Liverpool... but each to their own, eh? 😅

Thursday Roundup — Progress, Projects, and People! 🚗💚💛

Last Thursday, our Social Committee organised a 5-a-side football match — and it was another great success! The game brought together colleagues from across all departments, encouraging teamwork and plenty of fun off the clock.
It was such a hit that the Committee will now be hosting monthly matches going forward. ⚽

A big thank you to our Social Committee for putting together a great Bowling Night — a fun-filled couple of hours after work that brought together teams from across the site! 🎳
It wasn’t just about the strikes and spares ( there were a few! We are a competitive bunch!) - it was also a great opportunity for team building, relaxing outside of work, and most importantly, connecting with colleagues from other departments we don’t always get to interact with.

Events like this strengthen relationships and remind us of the great people we work alongside every day. 🤝
Thanks to everyone who joined in — we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Here’s Corey!
Corey has been part of the JG team for 2 years, and in that time, he's made quite the impression! Starting out in agent sales, he's now heavily involved in the Northwest sales and install.
He’s the sort of person who everyone gets on with and the ladies in the office have taken him under their wing, but don’t be fooled he can certainly hold his own 💪 😊 and oh how he loves a sausage roll or pork pie.🥧 🥖
Since passing his driving test last year, we can’t keep him in, Corey loves getting out and about – meeting customers, chatting with dealers, and always turning up with a smile.
There’s nothing he won’t put his hand to, and he’s always ready to help, whether it’s sorting a query or giving a hands-on product demonstration. A true asset to the team!
