Try to take things at your own pace and not give head space to what others are getting up too. Take the time to think about what you have missed and would like to reintroduce and plan little challenges to be completed every couple of days or so. 
Slowly but surely, calmly and confidently, you can gently move through these fears and enjoy your achievements along the way.

Here comes the sun.
While it’s true that sunburn and skin cancer are things we need to be cautious of and that SPF is essential. Soaking up sunlight can do wonders for you mentally, physically and more.

Improved Mood - having a “sunny deposition” is more than just a quote. Sunny weather has been proven to improve mental health.

Lower Blood Pressure - sunlight on our skin release nitric oxide into our blood which reduces blood pressure. Maintaining healthy blood pressure can reduce your risks of cardiac heart disease and stroke.

Vitamin D - The best source of Vitamin D is sunlight and it promotes reduces inflammation and modulates cell growth. Just 5-15 minute of sunlight a week can prove a difference. Remember to wear sunscreen if you are going to spend more than 15 minutes out in the sun.

Higher sleep quality - as well as boost your mood, rays from the sun can help you sleep. Working with serotonin is melatonin which is a chemical that sunlight also helps produce. Melatonin helps lull you into a good nights sleep.
