What does a spinal adjustment actually do?
Spinal adjustments help your body move, heal, and feel better - naturally.
That ‘crack’ noise during an adjustment isn’t your bones cracking, and it’s doing more than you might think:
🦿 Helps your joints move better – it loosens stiff joints, restores natural movement and improves lubrication. The sound is gas releasing from the joint (which is safe and normal).
🧠 Calms the nervous system – adjustments help reduce spasms and block pain signals before they reach the brain
🦾 Supports natural pain relief- encourages your body to release endorphins and helps reduce inflammation linked to chronic pain
🫀Improves circulation- it supports increased blood flow and oxygen to muscles and tissue
