Dealing with nagging back pain? 😣
A quick trick that’s been helping me: using a tennis ball to release tight spots in the glutes!
Just place the ball under one side, gently roll around until you find a tender spot, and breathe into it for 20–30 seconds. Tight glutes can pull on the lower back—so releasing them can bring surprisingly fast relief.
Simple, cheap, and it actually works! 🙌
