More hard work equals more results.

Opportunity knocks.....

Since joining I've grown physically, mentally and professionally. I've experienced many positive moments due to being first a member then a staff member over the last 4 years.

Conditioning first?

I've recently been playing around with putting conditioning drills before heavy lifting and the results are promising. Increased recovery time during sets being the main improvement.

Here I am doing yoke/farmers runs 20 metres every minute on the minute for 10 minutes....it hurt 😂. Then hitting a very comfortable 195kg squat.

Give it a go strength will drop initially as you get used to it but quickly returns 💪
