Just look at these incredible before and after photos, this is just a snippet of some of my lovely students making huge progress and smashing their flexibility goals 🙌🏻💕💪🏻 (I am not going to lie I feel like a very proud parent seeing these 😍 everyone works so hard and the results speak for themselves) For the next few weeks we are increasing the length of the class time to give us lots of time to work on both splits and upper back/shoulders in one class..

Classes have changed slightly, new details and start dates are here:

Starting Monday 30th August 5:30pm at Ingleby Manor School, Ingleby Barwick - Stretch and Mobility class… This class is a perfect introduction to stretching, an hour long class that covers legs/hips/back/shoulders and neck stretches.

Starting Tuesday 31st August 6pm at The Aerial Vault, Guisborough. 6 weeks to Front Splits course…. A 6 week course covering everything you need to help you safely progress in your front splits.

Starting Wednesday 1st September 7pm at The Aerial Vault, Guisborough… 6 weeks to Bridge… A 6 week course covering everything you need to start to unlock your upper back/shoulders and work towards your Bridge.

Included in both the splits and bridge courses is a 2 hour intensive workshop, we are just finalising dates for these and will be posted asap..

I am feeling ever so proud of these ladies right now! Every week they have worked their butts off (and I do mean that literally 🍑😬🙈🤣) But wow, just wow has it paid off! I am absolutely blown away by everyone’s progress from the 6 weeks of splits course! 🙌🏻🤩😍👏🏻 we are missing a few photos but hopefully we will be able to get the rest soon! So tonight I celebrated my 40th or 30ish birthday (Thanks Hayley Sarah Millar for the personalised balloons 🤣🙌🏻🤣 and to Amy Elizabeth for not holding back on helping me accept I am old 😂 I am still technically 30 something right?)
It was such an awesome class and lots of thanks to you all for my happy birthday wishes, cards, gifts and alcohol, especially the Alcohol 🤣💕🤣 and of course the blood sweat and tears from the class (your welcome 😘❤️😉)

Adult stretching, flexibility and mobility classes Tuesday’s 5:30pm - 6:30pm at Ingelby Manor School, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton on tees.

The benefits of stretching are endless but these are a few key points..
Increased flexibility and mobility
Reduced pain
Strengthening of muscles (stretching requires strength after all)
Improved posture
Decreased chance of injury
Stress management (stretching is such a good form self care, looking after our mental health as well as overall well being)
Can help lower blood pressure
Improve breathing

I am running an adult class focusing on stretching, flexibility and mobility. This hour long class will cover lots of feel good stretches perfect for beginners, you do not need to he flexible to join or benefit from this class.
Each class will have stretches for calves, hamstrings, hips, glute’s, upper back shoulders and arms... stretching is potentially one of the best things we can do as adults, I am not suggesting everyone should aim for splits (although I can absolutely teach you them if you wish 😉) but for us to have an increased range of movement and mobility just makes every day life feel so much more comfortable..
Maybe your job has you sitting at a desk all day? These classes will be perfect for you, to counteract the classic rounded shoulders that comes with this..
Do you weight train/crossfit/run? Again this classes will be perfect for you to release and relax those tense tight muscles...
Do you have lots of general aches, pains and niggles when going about you daily life, yup you guessed it... 😀
You don’t need any previous experience or equipment to come along, this will be a gentle but challenging class and there are modifications for each and every level and I guarantee that you will leave feeling amazing, and over the course of a few weeks to will be blown away by the increase of movement you develop...
