Meet Brandon!
Brandon is one of our bank team members. He works as an ECA on our 999 trucks, as an ACA with patient transport and also woks as a Responder or ECA with the Events team! He never stops; and has only been with the company for 18 months...which he says feels like forever (but in a good way)!
Brandon says the best bit about working for CIPHER Medical is working with like minded people; he has learnt so much whilst being here and had a great time whilst doing it. And of course, being able to make even the smallest impact on a every patient interaction is a great feeling.
Brandon has said that CIPHER has supported him since he joined as a first year student with confidence, both clinically and personally. He has also been funded through a CERAD course which is his grateful for, and soon to start his technician course which will allow him to work at a higher scope of practice; there are lots of areas for progression.
Advice for anyone looking to get into prehospital care Brandon? "Start at the bottom and work your way up to the role you love the most! Having experienced the prehospital world at each level now it has definitely helped me gain a better understanding of the role each department plays in delivering exceptional care and have an appreciation for different roles people play".
