It's given her life back... without fear

"I can't"

This is something we hear all the time when they've lost confidence are not sure what their doing is good for them or making it worse...

That's why everyone starts with a Health MOT.

🤔 To listen and understand what's going on.

👀 To see where you're starting from.

😣 To look at your pain

Rather than guess...

We find out what's right for you.
Tailor your training.

And help you feel safe and confident you're doing it right for you.

How much is that mate?

It's a great question.
But it brings another question...

What do you need help with?

Because if it's to:
- Get fit
- Tone up

What's stopping you?

Is it motivation?
Is it knowing what to do?
Is it knowing how to do it around pain?

When we understand the problem it's easier to outline what you need and what it's going to cost:

- Time
- Money..Your effort

So what's really stopping you from achieving your goals?

It’s therapy but a different kind…

We don't always have to be 100%.
We don't always have to feel great.

Sometimes we just have to show up. 🩵

What happens when you try to change everything?

You get overwhelmed.
And then you quit.

Already someone has given up on their “New Year, New Me” goals.
Already someone’s quit Dry January.
Already someone’s telling themselves “I can’t.”

Here’s the thing…
They’re always right.

Jo didn’t come to us to transform her life overnight.
She didn’t come in chasing weight loss, six-week results, or a miracle fix.

She came in because her knee hurt.
Because walking was hard.
Because she was scared of falling and not being able to get back up.

Her expectation was simple:
move better, feel stronger, and cope with day-to-day life again.

See Jo was scheculed to get a knee replacement.

But within weeks, she didn’t need one.
She no longer fit the criteria...

She didn’t set out to stop surgery.
She just focused on the next small, doable step.

Whenever we work with ladies like Jo, we ask:

What's one small change that can make a difference?

To your mobility, to your strength.
To your confidence?

That's when real change happens.
That's when you see and feel the results 🩵

Remember that feeling going to secondary school the first time? 😱

Your first job or any new job?

The doubts. The anxiety.
Questioning you're in the right place.
Questioning you're good enough...

New environments are uncomfortable,
a million thoughts go through your head.
It's no different with a new gym

In fact, I'd argue it's worse!

Ladies tell me they're intimidating,
they don't feel welcome or they belong.
They use motivation to get start, then that dips.
The give up or cancel and what's worse...

No one seems to notice.
No one calls...
No one cares is you're not in

At Infinity we care

Because:
1 - We know what it feels like.
2 - We know you have doubts.

That's why we meet you at the door.
That's why we learn you name.
That's why we listen to what's going and meet you where you're at.

Because when you see it, when you feel it.
That's when you know you belong 🩵

What's the gym to you?

Do you always need motivation?

Eileen does, 3 years of her booting off telling us no and saying 'That'll do...'

She's just turned 65 and danced her shoes off on Saturday with some of the gym lot.

Happy Bornday you legend!

The thing is we're not building athletes here.
We're helping you to live better.
However that looks for you.

Not everyone wants the same things.
Eileen heres for the banter, the coffee and winding the coaches up.

She's still movin' - As she always reminds us.

What your goals looks like is up to you.
We're here to support you all the same. 🩵

Does social media make it harder to start fitness?

It's become more common to see people being abused online for trying to improve their health.

Where someone is judged for going to the gym because of how they look.

One problem is social media often magnifies these experiences leaving others worried it might happen to them.

Even across the world, here in Teesside.

Libi once had a 'boy' make a comment because she was using a machine he wanted:

"Women should be in the kitchen not the gym"

When you're gym is a free-for-all.

That's where people feel intimidated.
That's where it's a battle just to show up.

And that's often why people quit early.

Here at Infinity, even our members are ready to welcome you in.

They know what it's like, they've tried gyms and felt left or lost.

Even with the best intentions most only last a few months...

From standing at the back watching to the front row.

It's one of the biggest reasons ladies come to us for change.

Often it's little to do with weight loss and toning.
It's more about showing up with the energy, mobility and being pain free for those you care about.

The problem with getting to the gym.

It’s more than battling with your weight.
It’s more than trying to get fit and toned.

For many, it relaxing.
For many, it’s the best part of their day.

But most still struggle with motivation.
Most find it hard just getting through the door.

When you’re trying to convince yourself you should go, inside you'll look for every excuse NOT to...

We see and hear this all the time.
And when it's a constant battle, it’s no wonder it keeps you anxious and frustrated.

That’s why we don’t focus on the outcome.
Instead we help you focus on the type of person you want to be.

Instead of plans or diets, we ask: What would the fitter, healthier version fo you do?

They'd show up to sessions.
Even when it’s not perfect.
Even when not feeling it.

Because those sessions become days.
Those days become weeks.
and those weeks build habits.

Until it’s no longer,
“I have to go to the gym.”

It’s your new routine.
It's a decision you find easier.
And it's a vote for the better version of you. 🩵

It's more than bicep curls...

Strength is protecting your knees. Your joints and helping you to feel confident again.

Everyone gets the support they need.

We'll often have ladies reach out who've suffered with joint pain and weakness for years.

Some have been told they just have to accept the way things are...

For all the banging on about mental health we've done over that past few years...

The 'Be Kind' movement.
When you're told this it's a bit of a joke.

Can we "FIX" everyone, no.

But we'll never give up on someone willing to try.

No matter how old.
No matter what you're dealing with.

We'll listen and support you with what you need. As we do with all our ladies 🩵
