They are 1 1/2 hours, fun filled activity sessions covering all areas of learning and development for all abilities using resources, puppets, materials, instruments, lights, bubbles and lots more. You are welcome to come and leave at the time best for you as long as you have booked as we have a limit on places for everyone's safety and enjoyment. These sessions are aimed at all ages and are mixed ages in each group so the younger can learn from the older children and families can enjoy together. Parents are responsible for their own children and keeping an eye on them as we know our customers do. We also understand all children have different abilities and we all work together to respect and accept those differences in play and communication and help them to learn. We do get busy with lots of excited early years on the move and with different abilities so if you have an early years not yet confident on her/his feet keep an eye on them especially during bubble time !! Each session is delivered by the owner and founder of Wriggles & Giggles Melissa Lane, with over 30 years of child development experience. Trained in child psychology and child development as well as SEND, CBT, Paediatric first aid, Speech & Language, Music to early years, Life coaching, dance, yoga, mindfulness, neuroplasticity all used to deliver a learning program that keeps early years attention and add tips and understanding of parenting techniques for all stages of development in play to get the best outcome for you and your child. The service is over 10 years old. We use over 100 different activities and include Makaton Sign and Languages every week. Each week we have a different theme so always something new to try as well as our popular consistent activities the children love and look forward to. Baby scales are also provided so you can also weigh your baby during the sessions.
3 sessions are delivered each week including most half terms and summer holidays 10 - 11.30 am, Mondays Yarm AM, Wednesdays Hartburn AM & Ingleby Barwick Thursdays AM in COVID safe venues. All sessions are pre booked and paid for individually or you can book and pay to secure a regular place a month or 2 in advance.
