There has been a Yellow Wind Alert issued by the MET office for the North East with relation to Storm Amy- in effect between 03/10/2025 at 15:00 and 04/10/2025 at 23:59.

Storm Amy is likely to produce torrential downpours of rain, which can lead to flooding.

Storms increase the risk of disruption to transport networks, power cuts, and damage property.

Whilst we do not anticipate any major disruption to our services, we will communicate and provide any updates where necessary.

See the following for advice on travelling in storms, rain and strong winds and staying safe in heavy rain.

If you experience a power cut, you should contact the electricity Distribution Network Operator (DNO) that covers your area.

HAF & Sparkle and Shine is back this October at our Youth & Community Hub from 27th - 30th October from 9am - 3:30pm

Booking systems are open from 13th October at 12 noon.
