🎁 Everyone got creative and made beautiful festive wreaths to take home, the perfect way to start the festive season.

✨ Livewell Hub Christmas Opening Hours 2025 ✨

🕰 Please find our opening hours below over the festive period. Phone lines for the Adult Carers Support Service, Stockton-on-Tees Shared Lives and Dementia Service will be available 9-5pm.

🫶 We will resume normal working hours on Friday 2 January 2026.

✅ What an amazing start! Our very first Time Out Together session today was a huge success – thank you to everyone who joined us!

🤩 It was fantastic to see carers taking a well-earned break while loved ones enjoyed a safe, friendly space filled with music, activities, and plenty of smiles.

📅 Next session: Wednesday 28 January 2026 at the LiveWell Hub, Thornaby.

Time Out Together runs on the last Wednesday of every month (excluding December) – so pop it in your diary!

😌 This is your chance to recharge, connect with others, and take a breather. You’re welcome to stay at the Hub for a refreshment while we keep everyone engaged.

📌 Booking info: Spaces open from 9am on 1 December 2025 for the January 2026 session.
