“Complementary Therapies” is a blanket term which covers a wide range of treatments which can include Reflexology, Massage, Indian Head Massage, Daoyin Tao, Reiki, Accupuncture, Aromatherapy, Yoga and Homeopathy etc. There may be many reasons why a client choses to receive a Complementary Therapy treatment, including:
They want to achieve and maintaining good health
As an aid to the performance of

tasks in everyday living
They are not satisfied with conventional medical practices
To feel in control of their own health and medical problems
Dissatisfaction with the success and or the negative side effects of their prescription medicines
To be treated as a whole person and not just someone with a disease
Relief of symptoms from a particular condition


During an appointment, a consultation shall first be completed in order to find out more about your health, create treatment goals and make a treatment plan... You will then be able to relax and enjoy your treatment... Time is given at the end of the treatment for you to gently come back to your surroundings and aftercare advice will be given.
