Things might look a little bare outside Healing Flow right now… but don’t be fooled — inside the clinic is getting a fresh new feel ✨

I’m settling into uni life 📚 while still here for my lovely clients (see you Sunday!) 💆‍♀️, Carl’s busy with house life, the gym, and planning his next training course 💪, Caroline has flown off on her adventures ✈️, and Steph is holding it all together at the end of your emails and texts 💌.

Meanwhile, the studio crew are keeping the energy flowing with yoga and Pilates self-practice 🧘‍♀️.

Lots of change and growth happening behind the scenes — we can’t wait to welcome you back into our refreshed space soon! 🌸🌿

We are fully booked today and then taking a short break — the clinic & studio will be closed for the rest of the week.

This little pause is for an exciting facelift in both the clinic and studio spaces. We’re making sure everything stays fresh, welcoming, and inspiring for you. 💫

A new chapter begins ✨

The clinic is thriving and things are sweet, but my mind needed a new challenge.

I’ve wanted to do a degree in physiotherapy for a long time, and now feels like the right time to take the leap.

I’ll always treasure my Chinese Medicine degree — no regrets there — but I know physiotherapy will open even more doors. I’ve got lots of ideas for the future: specialising in women’s health, bringing more acupuncture into the NHS, and plenty more.

For now, a huge thank you to my wonderful clients for giving me the space to organise timetables and childcare while I take on this next challenge 🙏
