Insta: burpscharity BURPS Charity is made up of a group of parents and relatives that have had an ill or premature baby on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. They understand the situation that parents find themselves in and try to give support and practical help. Regular coffee mornings and evenings are held as well as fundraising to aid in the supply of additional equipment and training for the Unit.

This month we honour premature babies, their families, and the amazing neonatal teams who care for them πŸ’œ

πŸ“£ One of the nurses is looking to create a display of SM preemies to mark World Prematurity Day later this month. If your child was a preemie on the NICU, you can help! All you need to do is send a printed photo from the NICU and a recent photo of your child (along with gestation at birth and their age now) and either take it into or post it to the neonatal department βœ‰οΈ (if you would like your photos returned, please also write your address on the back).

🐻 Are you coming to our event on Sunday 16th Nov? You can get involved then too! πŸ“Έ
