My mum is a person I have deep respect for.
Not long ago, she slipped in the kitchen and broke her arm in 3 places. Nobody was home to help lift her up.
I felt guilty that I wasn’t physically able to serve her & rescue her when she was in so much pain.
In that moment I realised subhanAllah my mum has done a lot for me.
After my divorce she singlehandedly supported me physically, emotionally, and financially too.
She didn’t really understand the concept of coaching and believed that a ‘normal’ job is better, but she let me do my thing.
Whilst I lived with her I was working when I setup my coaching business.
I would do late shifts and she’d be waiting for me in the evening.
On the weekends and evenings I’d be working on my coaching business.
I had a full studio setup in one side of my bedroom with a camera, backdrops, big lights. She didn’t agree with it initially but accepted that it was something I was passionate about.
She guarded the studio so the kids (nieces & nephews) wouldn’t trash it.
She’d make my favourite food. She’d force me to have double my portions lol
She supported me in ways that I cant even imagine.
If anyone tried to be negative about me being divorced she’d put them back in their place. She knew how hard I tried.
She took me to Pakistan and spoiled me with experiences, food, trips to help me forget the pain.
This is her hand once her cast was removed - Alhamdulilah. Though I didn’t get to serve her whilst she was ill, I managed to visit her when her cast was removed.
Alhamdulilah my mum is a hero ❤️❤️❤️
