The R&R Series is a two-part wellness experience created to help you close this year with clarity and begin the next with intention and purpose.

🤎 Release & Reflect – 18th December

A grounding evening of mindful Pilates, warm drinks and guided visualisation to help you let go of stress, tension and emotional weight while acknowledging how much you’ve grown.

🤍 Recharge & Reset – 15th January

An energising session to reawaken your body, set powerful intentions and dive into aligned goal setting for 2025, guided by the insights gained in Part One.

£65 for both evenings

Hi, I’m Mary, and I teach Classical Ballet and Barre here at Pivot.

I’m so excited to welcome you into class and share the joy, expression and freedom that dance has brought into my life.

Ballet has always been my way of reconnecting with myself. It’s not about perfection but about presence. My classes are a space to move with grace, explore your creativity and feel good in your body, no matter your background or experience.

You don’t need to be a ballerina to join in. Just a willingness to show up, have fun and maybe surprise yourself along the way.

My favourite way to move? A good old pirouette. There’s something about spinning that lifts my mood and brings me back to centre, every time.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me in a coffee shop pretending to work while my budgie shouts at me from home. I’m also a big Formula One fan and will happily wake up at ridiculous hours just to catch a race.

If you’re curious about Ballet or Barre and wanting to move in a way that feels expressive and empowering, or just need a moment to breathe and be, I’d love to see you in class. Come say hi or drop me a message if you’ve got any questions.

When pain starts getting in the way of the things and people you love, it’s time to take action.

At Pivot, we know how frustrating it feels when pain limits your work, your sport or even time with family.

Before we rush into 2026, let’s honour everything 2025 gave us.

The lessons, growth and moments that cracked us open and the ones that stitched us back together.

This isn’t just another end of year event.

It’s a pause, a breath, a chance to come home to yourself before we rush into setting new goals.

Hi, I’m Sophie, the yoga instructor here at Pivot!

I’m so happy you’re here and can’t wait to share my love of movement and mindfulness with you in matwork.

Through my Ashtanga practice, I discovered that the stories we tell ourselves are the ones that say “I can’t” are almost always wrong. My goal is to help you prove those stories wrong too, one breath and one pose at a time.

In my classes, I love creating a supportive space where you can build strength, courage and confidence from the ground up.

My specialty (and absolute joy!) is inversions. Helping our clients realise that being upside down can actually help you see yourself and your world in a whole new way.

My favourite posture? A handstand! I never thought I’d be able to do one and that journey has taught me so much about patience, trust and the power of practice.

When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me in the gym, lifting weights or spending time with my three amazing children which are my biggest inspiration to keep following my dreams and showing them what’s possible.

If you’re curious about yoga, want to build strength and confidence or just need a little time for you, I’d love to practice together. Come say hi after class or reach out if you have any questions!

I can’t wait to meet you all and share this journey with you.
