Here are some tips to help you stay healthy this autumn:

🧡Exercise regularly. Exercise helps to boost your immune system and improve your overall health. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
🧡Wash your hands often. Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is the best way to prevent the spread of germs.
🧡Stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of fluids helps to keep your body hydrated and your immune system strong. Aim for 8 glasses of water per day.
