Really happy to report our sponsored athlete Pab Maddox totally crushed the Brecon to Cardiff Ultra with an amazing 14th place!

He paced an incredible 8:52 /mi over 43 undulating miles of track & trail, coming 1st in his v55 AG 🤩🤩🤩

Pab followed our Endurance training, nutrition and therapy plan over 12 weeks and smashed all of his running PBs that he raced on the way.

An incredible performance Pabs, well done!💪

Congratulations to Matt Robbo Robinson who smashed 2 mins from his 1/2M PB to come in at 1:26:39 in the Wrexham Village Bakery on Sunday. Matt came to the team looking for nutrition advice to get all the boxes ticked for a sub3 marathon attempt in March. Progress has been swift on the endurance plan and he accomplished his first fasted 20 mile run recently without reliance on gels and feels his confidence and energy levels have greatly improved. Great run and a lot more to come 👊💪

Massive kudos to our athlete Pab Maddox for completing over 358 miles for the Newcastle Staffs AC January Endurance awards and setting a new distance record. We all can't wait to see how he gets on in the ultra coming up in less than 3 weeks for which he has trained so hard for 👊👊👊

Welcome Pab Maddox who is one our full 360 athletes. Taking on the Brecon to Cardiff 70k Ultra in February, Pab has plenty of ultra endurance events with several full IronMan triathlons under his belt. Pab will be having the full 360 approach including training, nutrition and sports therapy to get him to start line in optimal condition.
