What a day! I am definitely ready for an early night! I think it's partly down to the darker nights as well!

Does anyone else feel like we should be a species that hibernates because I certainly do 😅

Saying that I'm sat with a hot coffee, the dogs climbed into my hoody, kids have done their homework and are now chilling an hour before getting ready for bed. And relax 😅

On Mondays at Auntie Laura's house we have twisty pasta and cheese for dinner 😋

Then it's homemade curry off his mum for tea, so I've saved half of my cheese allowance for that too, because she bought me a portion down as well 😍!

If you've not tried cheese on curry give it a go! 😋😋 Don't knock it until you've tried it!

Busy day for me today! 😅

Mondays are the day with my little cherub, he's keeping me on my toes.

We've got another vet visit with Porter this morning too, a parents meeting with one of the teachers as I couldn't do parents evening with being in group, and the kids have after school club! It's all going on!

And I tell you what I need after this weekend.....an early night 😂 I am shattered!

So you bet as soon as I can, my pyjamas are going on, and I'll be getting myself tucked in 😂

What an absolutely amazing evening at the Slimming World ball! The best one yet!

Ashley Banjo for a host, and then a performance by Diversity which was just fab. A delicious three course meal, dancing, photo booths, 360 video fun, glow sticks, disco sticks, fun the with best colleagues you could ask for and laughing until I was crying.

Can we do it again please 😂

And doesn't Mr Dale scrub up well 😍

When you get stuck with a Slimming World consultant as your human, and she makes you snack on speed free foods 😂

One of the side effects of Porters many meds, is an increase in appetite so they make him SUPER hungry!!

Just like us, when we're that hungry we don't always make the best choices, and neither would he, given the option 😂 so we've had to get healthy with the snacks to keep him going between also feeding him little and often.

And to be fair he's happily having cucumber 😂 and I know he's not really THAT hungry if he's refusing it 😂

GUESS who started getting a MASSIVE coldsore last night.....just in time for the Slimming World ball tomorrow??

Take a guess? Would it be me? Yes of course it would 😭

I think I'm just completely run down but why now 🙈 I rarely get them....but lucky me, mine pops up just in time for the biggest Slimming World event that I go to 😅 yay 👀

It's not going to stop me looking forward to my breakfast that I prepped though!

Do you have any weekend plans?

I've got a massive to do list, not just for me but Jamie and the boys while he's at work too so I best get cracking hadn't I!

Blueberry Weetabix cheesecake jar.

Layered up my B choice of crushed Weetabix, with frozen blueberries and fat free protein greek yogurt 😋 topped with è syn's of blueberry jam 😍

Anyone else eat with their eyes and not their belly?

Anyway I ended up with a 2syn Moroccan burger, cucumber sticks, pepper, cherry tomatoes and a mint yogurt dip 😋😋 proper enjoyed it too for a quick throw together!

Trying to use up the M&S mini sub rolls too, I've really enjoyed them! Still not used them for hotdogs as I had intended though 😂

It's a lovely sunny Thursday today! I've been to my mum's, back to take the boys school and then nipped to check the chickens too. I let Jamie have a lazy morning watching Porter instead 😉

The girls are in 'flockdown' now. Not officially needed as we use our eggs, but I'd rather keep the girls safe and luckily they're spoilt with the space in their run anyway. They're not too happy with not being let out though, they love a good dig in my veg beds 😏😏

Chances of me getting my seat back.....0!

Fell asleep waiting for me to come back bless him, I've only been to chop the veg for tonight's tea 😂

His little quirks are coming back slowly but surely. Although he's started howling when someone's at the door which is new 🙈 he hadn't barked in over three weeks, but now howls and falls over himself backwards if he's giving it a proper good go 😂

I think he's tired himself out this morning!

I've got two big pans of veg stew on the go, ready for when the kids get back. I keep thinking it's Monday but it's Tuesday and I need to remember they've got football training 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love these soup mugs even at home just for convenience.

My sister dropped me some soup off this morning, so I've whacked it in here and warmed it through. This colds now taking hold, I definitely cursed myself by saying I hadn't been ill yet 🙄🙄
