✨ Breath of Joy: burnout to balance - a 60-second nervous system reset

1️⃣ Stand tall, feet grounded.
2️⃣ Inhale in three parts —
 • Arms lift forward,
 • Then out to the sides,
 • Then overhead.
3️⃣ Exhale through the mouth, folding forward with a soft “ha.”
4️⃣ Repeat 3–5 rounds.

Before you dive into the dopamine-draining morning scroll… try this first ☕️🌿

A longer exhale than inhale is one of the fastest ways to shift your body out of fight-or-flight (sympathetic) and into rest-and-digest (parasympathetic) mode.
