Congratulations to our 3.30pm Sandyford Icon winners Mags & Gabie 🎉 🎉

Gabie is 3st 6lbs lighter now at target feeling amazing and is 3 dress sizes smaller and has cleared out her wardrobe now! No going back 💪

Mag’s has lost 3st 12.5lbs in 17 weeks and is feeling fantastic, never missed a group and always stays for our support system in group

Both ladies inspire us weekly with their positivity and offer advice & tips for other members in group ❤️

Busy Tuesday covering extra groups today at Audley this morning then to Abbey Hulton group later, made sure I fitted in my 30 minute walk with my music 🎵 , just local today round Clough Hall Park, love the autumn leaves and this time of year 🍁 🍂

Congratulations to our 9.30am Icon competition winners Eileen & Judith, both such inspirational ladies 🎉🎉

Eileen Hargreaves has lost 3st 4lbs and been at target since May and feels amazing now on her holidays abroad in clothes 3 sizes smaller ☀️

Judith Malkin has achieved her 3 stone award last week and has made lots of mindset changes such as choosing not to drink alcohol at the moment

Fantastic ladies 👏🏽

Congratulations to our Sandyford 5pm Icon competition winners Laura & Julie 🎉🎉

Laura is down to her lowest ever weight - target is in sight now after losing 2st 5lbs 🎉

Julie has lost 5st 13lbs - and is aiming for her 6 stone award this coming Thursday 🎉

Both are very committed to their weight loss journey and inspire us in group every week

Sandyford group walk this morning getting our daily activity done, meeting as a set time makes it more likely we turn up 😄 as sometimes we can talk ourselves out of getting out the door
