Cheesy mushrooms on toast, fibre choice and calcium choices used (half tub seriously strong melted in microwave on cooked mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 )

I do enjoy mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 but know a few people that can’t stand them 🤣
