Stoke Chiro Spinal Health Centre was set up in 2009 by chiropractor and centre director Andrew Knibbs and his wife, osteopath and centre manager Hannah. With the help of family, friends and patients the clinic has quickly grown in reputation and size. We have since opening strived to offer our patients the best quality of care and choice of services in the region. Our team currently includes 4 chiropractors, 5 massage therapists, an osteopath, Pilates and Yoga instructors and 6 chiropractic assistants. The centre also boasts on-site x-ray facilities, a Pilates/Yoga studio as well as offering advice on nutrition and injury rehabilitation. Our team focuses on offering high quality, effective and affordable care for the community of Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas and our growing reputation has seen our chiropractors work alongside professional performance artists and athletes. We have a 'can do' attitude and often find that our treatment can provide relief where other methods have failed. 🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week we're celebrating Chris, who is an absolute inspiration! 🎉

Chris has been managing ongoing pain due to hip osteoarthritis while he waits for a hip operation. Dealing with chronic pain can be a huge challenge, but Chris had a big goal of his own: enjoying a trip of a lifetime in the Caribbean! 🌴☀️

We've been working with Chris to keep him moving as smoothly and pain-free as possible. Our focus was on exercises and techniques to maintain his mobility and strength, ensuring he could make the most of his incredible holiday without his hip pain holding him back too much. 🚴🚶‍♂️🏊‍♂️

We are so thrilled to hear that all the hard work paid off! Chris had a wonderful, unforgettable time, enjoying every moment of his Caribbean adventure! 🏖️🤩

It just goes to show that with the right plan and determination, you can keep living life to the fullest, even while managing complex health issues.

🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week’s Patient of the Week is Amber!

Amber is a high-achieving professional whose demanding job requires her to be on her feet for long hours every day. 😴 Over time, the constant standing and intense workload began taking a serious toll on her body, leading to persistent back and hip pain. 😥 When she first came to see us, Amber was determined to feel better — not just to get by, but to thrive again. 💪

With consistent chiropractic care, she has made incredible progress where she is now moving comfortably again, back to enjoying her active lifestyle and even started an exciting new adventure working on a yacht! 🚢✨

Whenever she gets time off from life at sea, she pops in every couple of months for maintenance sessions. 💆‍♂️ These are important in keeping her body strong, aligned, and free to keep doing what she loves. 🤸‍♀️

🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week's Patient of the Week is James!

James is an active, sport-loving individual who came to us with shoulder pinching, right hip and lower back tightness, and neck pain. 😓 With most movements seeming to aggravate one of these symptoms. 💢

Despite trying multiple therapies including Bowen therapy, PNF stretching and mobilisations, James wasn’t seeing lasting results. 🤷‍♂️ He found himself constantly negotiating with his body, unsure of what he could or couldn’t do.

James came to us looking not just for treatment, 👀 but for the right guidance to help him navigate his symptoms and to increase his activity levels. 🙌

With a tailored plan including chiropractic adjustments, 🙌 sports massage, 💆‍♂️ acupuncture, and ongoing advice, James now doesn't have to negotiate each activity and is much more mobile. 🤩

Great work James! Your commitment is truly inspiring, keep it up! 🤩🌟

This week's Patients of the Week are Julia and Chris!

Julia and Chris have been regular patients here at Stoke Chiro for the past few years. 💙 They come in for chiropractic care to stay moving and feeling their best while juggling busy lives and the challenges of a home renovation! 🏡

Neck and shoulder pain are issues we commonly treat, and both Julia and Chris have responded really well to care. ❤️

Chris has even noticed a welcome reduction in headaches too! 🙌

🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week's Patient of the Week is a bit of a bittersweet one 😢 as it is our own Jeremy, who is moving on to pastures new. ☀️

Jeremy has been a member of the team for 5 years 😮 and during that time he has always made sure to keep on top of his maintenance adjustments 💪🏼 often sneaking them in between patients with various members of the team, today our fantastic practitioner Jasmine. 🤩

This goes to show we practice what we preach, sticking to recommended treatment plans and as a team we all make sure to look after each other. 🫶🏻

Jeremy is also always the first to offer adjustments to the team too - so this will be missed! 😢

Jeremy is also very active outside of the centre - climbing and scrambling mountains, 🏔️ so we need to keep him tiptop for this and tiptop for his patients. ⭐
