Supported Living Team Lead
Full time, must have availability to work alternate weekends

Support Worker 08:00-20:00
3 shifts a week, must have availability to work alternate weekends

The following vacancies can be offers as full and part time:

Community Care Worker 08:00-20:30 - Driver
Must have availability to work alternate weekends

Community Care Worker 06:00-22:00 - Driver
Must have availability to work alternate weekends

Outreach Support Worker 08:00-17:00
Monday to Friday

It's all well and good when people tell you to take a walk... don't let it get to you... breathe... try not to over think.... this will help with your anxiety. It's often not as simple as that, and it can feel a monumental task to ask for help. Asking for help can help you get the support you need, and there is a wide variety of organisations who are willing to help and support.

Jump 2 Independence Ltd offer a range of care and support services throughout Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. We help people to live independently within their own homes offering assistance with any care and support requirements they may have. Our service users are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such we offer one-to-one support to help people with their day-to-day lives. If you are interested in more information regarding our service or joining our staff team please contact us and we will be happy to help.
