5 hours in the salon, and feeling all refreshed, big thanks to my amazing hairdresser Rebecca Harrison-Heath for putting up with my demands 😆 you always know what to do.
Home now after packing my bags ready for the big slimming world ball in Birmingham tomorrow, celebrating all of our competition winners and the best bit of all, is the presenter who this year will be the one and only Ashley Banjo.

Courgette pasta after football ⚽️ today thanks to slimming world kitchen.
it was flippin freezing 🥶
Kids go back school this week so sat and did all the ironing (school uniforms) I hate ironing so had a break and made a cup of tea to come back and find Doug full stretch on the ironing board. He's a beast. Why do cats chill in the most random places?

Made some broccoli 🥦 and cauliflower cheese soup aswell and having that in mug to tide me over. Had the recipe from one of my members and its sooooo creamy 😋

Had a lovely walk this morning with our friends to get our steps in and meet their gorgeous dog 🐕 ❤️. My daughter has fell in love with him and so has our son, trust me this is a breakthrough for our son because he's petrified of dogs and we don't know why. First time in a long time he's petted a dog and hasn't stopped talking about him. I'm over the moon.
