✨ A Beautiful Baby Blessing for Sarah ✨

Today we gathered to honour Sarah’s journey from maiden to mother, wrapped in love, ceremony, and the warmth of her village. I guided the group through a gentle Maiden-to-Mother meditation, angel card reflections, mindful mandala colouring, and the crafting of native British smudge sticks.

The whole day felt deeply ancestral, women coming together, as they have for thousands of years, to nurture, support and bless one another through life’s sacred transitions. The space was so soul-nourishing, and everyone shared such heartfelt words about the experience.

A huge thank you to Sarah’s beautiful friends for trusting me to hold space for this special moment in her life. 🌿✨
