I kindly ask that anyone needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps me offer your slot to someone else during this fully booked time of year.
I completely understand that things come up — especially during the festive period — but late cancellations may still be subject to my policy as this is my only source of income.
