I can’t do a back day post, our kit range shouldn’t for pull is more than one post?!

We pride ourselves on not having a 12 person queue for machines and providing plenty of options for people to train, even at peak times.

We know how much of a pain it is hip thrusting with the bar digging in which is why this upgrade was much needed!

Whilst we prioritise our gym, we also want to make sure we stock only the best supplements!

We hand pick all the supplements we sell based off what we would use ourselves as staff, no products being bought for the sake of it or because they look good.

Supplement shop is open as long as the gym is, so if you need some protein on the way to work come on down.

& why not train whilst your there, day passes are £7 🤙🤙

Spring is on its way!

And we are teaming up with one of our coaches who runs a run club in Stoke and the surrounding areas through to the gym.

This will include social runs in the mornings to help get you motivated and moving amongst others from the club and other members.

You don’t need to be a member to join!

Best of all you can run, shower and head to work all before 9am!

Try not to bounce the weights around when using it as a load doesn’t snap the cables, it’s the consistent jerking that comes from bouncing the weight stacks, please use it sensibly!

One of the biggest misconceptions about Apex is people thinking it’s just a bodybuilding gym, when actually, it is so much more than that!

In the 7 years since we opened the gym has evolved massively.

But so have our members.

We don’t have an agenda at the gym, we just have a passion for helping people get the best out of themselves in a community that will support them.
